Turning the customer display on

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Devices

A till computer with a second monitor (a second window in the same browser, dragged to the guest-facing monitor), or a dual-screen Android POS running the Sansflow app (the rear screen turns on with the POS when Tampilkan otomatis di layar kedua is on). Data goes from the POS to the display on the same device, not over the internet; a separate tablet that does not run the POS only shows "Menyambungkan ke kasir…".

Second monitor

Open the POS. In another window of the same browser open Operasional F&B → Layar, card Layar pelanggan, Buka or Jendela baru. Drag it to the second monitor and tap Mulai Tampilan Pelanggan (full screen). Keep the POS window open.

Dual-screen Android POS

Install the Sansflow Android app; keep Tampilkan otomatis di layar kedua on. The rear screen becomes the customer display when the POS opens.

What it shows

Idle: logo, name and tagline, or the promo slides. Order: Pesanan Anda, guest name and order type, items with options, subtotal, tax, Total. QRIS: your static QRIS code, large, with the exact amount; the cashier confirms once the money arrives (without an uploaded QRIS it shows Silakan bayar di kasir and the total). Paid: RINGKASAN PEMBAYARAN, Kembalian. Then the survey when enabled.

Leaving the display

Keluar asks for the exit PIN (Masukkan PIN) when one is set. Without a PIN anyone can leave to the till app, so set one.
