Inviting viewers

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Opening the panel

Pengaturan → Tim & Akses → Pemantau. Viewers see sales summaries only (net sales, order count, last sale per day; top products only if you allow it per viewer), cannot open the POS and never see staff or customers; you can revoke them any time. The badge shows seats used.

Inviting

Type the email under Undang pemantau (they must sign in with it), Buat undangan. The link shows once: send it with Kirim email undangan, Salin tautan or Bagikan lewat WhatsApp, then Selesai. Active viewers and unexpired invitations use seats; expired invitations and team members do not.

The invited list

Each row shows the email and status with dates (invited, accepted, revoked, Kedaluwarsa). Tautan baru issues a new link; Tampilkan produk terlaris lets this viewer see the top 5 products; Cabut revokes access (you can invite them again later).

Your personal portfolio

An owner of several businesses can see them together: in Lihat bisnis ini bersama bisnis lain di satu portofolio pribadi, enter a personal email (not this business's login; uses one seat), tap Tambahkan ke portofolio pribadi saya, then sign in with that email at portfolio.sansflow.com and accept. Repeat per business.

Category benchmark (optional)

Switch on Ikut perbandingan kategori anonim under Perbandingan kategori to compare the business with the anonymous category median (no names or figures of others, only with at least 5 businesses); you see your position only after contributing your own data.
