Your own QRIS

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

How it works

Sansflow uses the static QRIS you already have from your bank or payment provider. Money goes straight to your account; Sansflow holds no money and does not check your statement, so the cashier confirms the money arrived before recording the sale.

1. Upload the business QRIS

Pengaturan → Perangkat → Layar pelanggan (CFD), QRIS saat pembayaran, Unggah QRIS (at least 600 px wide), then Simpan.

2. A QRIS per outlet

Pengaturan → Bisnis → Outlet: on an outlet card, Gambar QRIS reads Memakai QRIS bisnis (uses the business QRIS) or QRIS sendiri (own QRIS). Upload one for that outlet; leave it empty to use the business QRIS. The customer display follows the outlet active on the POS.

3. At the till

With a customer display: pick QRIS; the till says the code is on the customer screen; the guest scans the large QRIS with the exact amount; the cashier confirms once paid. Without one: the guest scans your printed QRIS; pick QRIS; the Sudah dibayar lewat QRIS? dialog asks to make sure the amount arrived, then Sudah dibayar.

Reservation deposits and pre-orders use the payment accounts and QRIS image in the booking settings; pay-at-kiosk QRIS runs on Midtrans, not on the static QRIS.
