Connecting an AI assistant through MCP

What it is

MCP lets an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT read your business data (sales, tables, staff, stock). You create a token, paste its URL as a connector in the assistant, and ask questions. Each token is isolated to one business, can be limited to some outlets, and can be revoked any time.

Opening it

Pengaturan → Integrasi & data → AI & Integrasi opens the Pengembang page, tab Token AI (MCP).

Creating a token

Buat token MCP: a name; Masa berlaku (default no expiry, or an end date); Cakupan lokasi (empty = all locations, or pick outlets); Izin: read analytics (always), optional write operations (create tickets, approve refunds, send messages; never more than your own role allows; the assistant must confirm with you first), and guest data (owner only, all-outlet tokens only). Buat token.

Copying the URL (once)

Token dibuat, salin sekarang shows the URL server MCP: Salin URL MCP, keep it safe, Sudah saya simpan. Anyone with it can read your analytics until revoked; Sansflow does not keep it, so if lost, create a new token and revoke the old one.

Installing in the assistant

Panduan pengaturan has tabs per app: Claude (custom connector), ChatGPT (connectors), Cursor, Codex, Windsurf and a generic one. Uji koneksi pings the server along the same path and reports Terhubung (latency, tool count) or Koneksi gagal.

Monitoring and revoking

The list shows scope, permissions, created, last used and expiry. Lihat aktivitas shows the last 100 tool calls (kept 90 days). Cabut cuts access at once and cannot be undone.

API keys for developers

To connect other apps (accounting, CRM) without AI, the API key tab on the same page creates API keys. API access is part of Sansflow Premium.
