Barista station
Just the drinks.
In the order they came.
Baristas work from their own screen. Food goes to the kitchen, drinks come to the bar, and every ticket lines up oldest first.
At the bar
- Drinks only
- Tag a drink to the bar once, and only drinks reach its screen
- Oldest first
- Tickets line up in the order they came in
- One tap
- From new, to preparing, to ready
A screen for the bar, not a copy of the kitchen.
A busy counter mixes food and drinks on one bill. The barista only needs half of it. Sansflow sends each drink to the bar screen and each dish to the kitchen, straight from the till.
You decide what counts as a drink. Name a station, call it Bar, and tag your coffees, teas and juices to it. From then on, the bar screen shows those items and nothing else.
Tickets arrive the moment the till sends them and wait in line, oldest first. The barista taps each one from new to preparing to ready, and the queue moves on.
How it works.
- 01
Name your stations
In Settings, add a KDS station called Bar, and one for the kitchen if you have one.
- 02
Tag your drinks
Open each drink in your products and pick Bar as its station.
- 03
Open the bar screen
On the bar’s tablet, pick the Bar station once. The device remembers it.
- 04
Work the queue
Orders from the till land oldest first. Tap to start, tap when it’s ready.
What the barista sees.
Everything needed to make the drink right, and nothing that slows the bar down.
Just the drinks
Items tagged to the bar show here. Food tagged to the kitchen stays off the screen, and an order with nothing for the bar never appears.
In the order they came
Open bills and paid orders share one queue, sorted by the time they came in.
Every detail on the ticket
Quantity, variant, add-ons and notes sit under each drink, so “less sugar” never gets lost.
A timer on every ticket
Each ticket counts up from the moment it came in, and stands out once it has waited too long.
Sounds, with a mute
A sound for a new order, one when you start and one when it’s ready. Mute them for a quiet shift.
A login for the barista
The Barista role opens straight onto the station, with today’s batches and low ingredients. It can’t open the till.
Which plans include it.
The bar screen is the kitchen display set to your bar station. The kitchen display comes with Pro and Business, and every new business can try it free for 30 days with Pro.

How do drinks reach the bar and not the kitchen?
Each product has a station. Tag your drinks to Bar and your food to Kitchen, and each screen shows only its own items. A product with no station shows on every screen.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Sansflow runs in the browser, so a tablet or screen you already have works as the bar screen.
Can a barista take payments?
Not with the preset Barista role. It opens the station, not the till, and it can’t see financial reports. You can change what each staff member may do in their role.
What does the barista see on a ticket?
The bill name or number, each drink with its quantity, variant, add-ons and notes, and how long the ticket has been waiting.
Can the bar have more than one screen?
Yes. Screens are unlimited on Pro and Business. Set each one to the Bar station and they show the same queue.
What happens when a drink is ready?
The barista taps Ready and the ticket moves to the ready column. One more tap marks it completed and clears it from the bar.
